On the eastern portion of the project site lies Palmera Homes subdivision, Villa Dolores and Villa Leoncia. The southern portion is traversed by the Filipino-American Friendship Highway across which lies the academic institution Holy Family Academy. Marketing Targets

Our Target Markets are the following:

  • Professionals (Business men, Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, etc.)
  • Filipino, American, Japanese, European and Retirees with Filipino Spouses
  • OFWs and their families

Consider the following latest developments being undertaken. To wit:

Major projects are slowly but surely building up right now in the province of Pampanga from the ashes of lahar of Mt. Pinatubo.

  • Pampanga is the home of the vast Clark Special Economic Zone that hosts several businesses and multinational corporations and still has big area for future industries, businesses, leisure, gaming and theme parks among others.
  • It is in Pampanga where the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) formerly Clark Fields’ vast US military air terminal is located and now open as an alternate airport to the already crowded Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Metro Manila.
  • In support to the full development of Clark and Pampanga, the North Luzon Expressway is now being widened and expanded. Once completed, travel to Pampanga from Manila will only take about 1hour or less.
  • The North Rail Project and the Subic-Clark Expressway, the improvement of the Gapan-Olongapo Road and the close to P1 Billion Pampanga Flood Control Projects

are now being fast tracked. The North Rail Project includes the improvement and rehabilitation of the existing railroad to and from Manila to Pampanga and the infusion of an express connection from Clark to Fort Bonifacio’s Global City in Makati. Also, the next Glorietta Mall by the Ayala Corporation is now being built in Angeles City.

Due to the expansion and development in Pampanga, particularly in Clark, leaders of Congress are pressing for the conversion of Clark as the National Government Center and the next capital of the Philippines. In a few years, Clark will be the next Metropolis or Megapolis of the Philippines. Soon enough, prices of real estate properties in Clark-Angeles City  will relatively appreciate in value. So, this is the best time to invest now in the Heritage Place Subdivision.
